Please read our terms carefully before booking our services.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. While we offer a "Pay Later" policy for most services, some peak season bookings or custom circuits may require a deposit.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service time are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for providing correct flight/arrival information. We track arrivals, but delays of more than 2 hours should be communicated to our support team.

4. Insurance

All our vehicles are fully insured according to Moroccan laws. However, we recommend passengers to have their own travel insurance for personal items and health.
