Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech
Welcome to Morocco! Upon arrival at Marrakech Airport, you'll be met by your private driver and transferred to your Riad in the heart of the Medina. Enjoy a traditional dinner and prepare for your adventure.
Day 2: Marrakech to Dades Valley
Leave Marrakech behind and cross the High Atlas via the Tizi n'Tichka pass. Visit the fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou before continuing to Ouarzazate and finally reaching the beautiful Dades Valley for the night.
Day 3: Dades Valley to Merzouga (Sahara)
Drive through the Todra Gorge, where 300m high cliffs tower above the road. Continue through Berber villages to Merzouga. Swap your car for a camel and ride into the Erg Chebbi dunes to witness a spectacular sunset before reaching your camp.
Day 4: Discover the Sahara
Spend a full day exploring the desert region. Visit the village of Khamlia to hear Gnawa music, discover hidden mines, and enjoy a nomad family lunch. End the day with sandboarding or relaxing by the campfire.
Day 5: Sahara to Ouarzazate
Wake up early for a sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, head towards Ouarzazate through the Draâ Valley, the longest palm grove in Morocco. Visit the Taourirt Kasbah and enjoy the quiet evening in 'The Hollywood of Africa'.
Day 6: Return to Marrakech
Cross the Atlas Mountains one last time, with plenty of stops for photos. Arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon, giving you time for some last-minute shopping in the souks or a farewell dinner at Jemaa el-Fnaa.
Day 7: Departure
After breakfast, your driver will transfer you to Marrakech Airport for your flight home, filled with unforgettable memories of your Saharan adventure.
